What this desk keeps so the morning letter can land — and how you leave.
The Cleanest Setup keeps a short book. Public identity is TheCleanestSetup.com. There is no other public name.
Last cut: 19 September 2026.
What we collect
An email. A first name, if you give one.
A password hash if you open the seat with email. We do not keep the password in the clear.
Sessions and cookies so you can sign in and walk the desk. They run the seat. They are seat-session only. They are not an advertising list. They are not a cross-site tracker. The public site does not run measurement tags or advertising tags.
If you open a seat with Google or X, we receive the email and the name that provider returns. If either is missing, we ask on this site so the letter can deliver.
If you write Help, we receive what you put in the form — name, address, the question. Do not put a password or a card number in that box.
Technical logs that keep the door honest: time, path, a coarse network address, a user-agent. Used to run the seat and to pace abuse. Not a marketing file.
Full card numbers do not sit on this site.
How we use it
If you leave an email — and a name, if given — we keep it to run the seat and send operational mail: the weekday letter, access to the research under it, and the mail that opens, resets, or bills the seat.
We do not use the list for unrelated promotions. Marketing notes stay off. There is no ad-tracking list. There is no measurement tag on the public site in this cut.
We do not sell, rent, or barter the address. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Sessions keep you on the desk.
Payments
Stripe handles the bill. Checkout, invoices, the card. Full card numbers stay with Stripe. They do not sit on TheCleanestSetup.com.
Stripe Checkout is live: seven days, then the first charge.
Cancel the seat from Account. That stops the next invoice. It is the bill, not the list.
Stripe’s book is Stripe’s. Read their terms at checkout if you want that file.
Sign-in with Google / X
Google and X can open the seat. We receive the email and the name the provider returns.
The provider is not the desk. Public identity remains TheCleanestSetup.com.
You can disconnect that provider from their side. The seat on this site is cancelled from Account. Removing the address is a separate request, below.
Connectors
A member may later attach a third-party tool — Muse or anything like it — so that tool can read the letter, the research bound under it, and the seat objects needed to fetch those files.
That attachment is optional. It is the member’s act. It is not on by default. The control lives on Account when it ships. It is not a live button on this cut. The vendor name prints on Account the day the control exists.
If it is on:
- The tool reads only with member-authenticated, scoped bearer keys. There is no anonymous key.
- There is no anonymous pre-4:00pm ET letter. The live letter before 4:00pm ET stays behind the same gate as the desk. A connector does not punch a public hole in it.
- PDFs travel as short-lived signed URLs, not as a standing public file.
- The scope is read. The tool does not write the book.
- We do not send the card, the password, or Help-box contents unless you paste them into the other tool yourself.
What that tool keeps, trains on, or repeats is that tool’s book, not ours. Revoke the API key from Account and this desk stops serving it. Disconnecting the tool on their side is their door.
Until a named tool is live on Account, this section is the rule the desk will ship under. We will not silently widen the scope.
Retention / leaving
The book stays while the seat is active, or while you still want operational mail.
Cancelling the paid seat is Account. That stops the next invoice. It does not by itself erase the address.
Write Help from the same address to be removed from the book. We delete the seat record and the address we use to reach you, except what we have to keep for a closed invoice, a fraud file, or the law.
Backups age out. Technical logs age out. Signed URLs expire on their own.
Clear site data and the local session leaves with it.
Your book
If you want to see what we hold on the seat, correct a name or an email, or delete the address, write Help from that address. Say which.
California and places with the same shape of rights: you may ask us to know, correct, or delete; to opt out of sale or share; to limit use of sensitive detail; and not to be treated worse for asking. We do not sell or share in that sense. We do not collect sensitive detail to run a $50 seat, and we do not use it to score you.
You may send an authorized agent. We will need enough to match the seat.
We will not refuse the seat because you asked.
The work
Member research is behind the seat. A dated public sample of the letter may exist after 4:00pm ET. It is a specimen. It is not the live open.
The letter and the files under it are original house synthesis. Not a scrape. Not a reprint of broker PDFs. Not investment advice. Not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Not an offer or a solicitation. A rank, a size note, a level. Desk color, not an order. Markets take principal. A prior mark is not a path. The work is yours. TheCleanestSetup.com is the desk that writes it. Not an adviser. Not a broker. Not a fund.
Do not use the desk if you are under 18.
