The license for the seat. What it is, what it is not, how you leave.
These terms govern use of TheCleanestSetup.com, the weekday letter, the research bound under it, and the rooms on the desk. Public identity is TheCleanestSetup.com. There is no other public name. The contracting party in this cut is The Cleanest Setup / TheCleanestSetup.com.

By opening a seat — email, Google, or X — or by reading a member file, you take these terms. If you do not, leave the desk and cancel from Account.

The desk
The Cleanest Setup is a weekday research desk. One letter before the cash open. Ranked against the last two weeks and the last three months. Under the letter: earnings previews, conference and event notes, options tape, index windows. House synthesis.
The live letter is gated for members until 4:00pm ET. After that, a dated specimen may sit on the public site. The specimen is not the product.
TheCleanestSetup.com is the desk that writes it. Not an adviser. Not a broker. Not a fund. Not an exchange. No license is claimed here.
The seat
The seat is a personal, non-transferable license to read the letter and the research bound under it for your own use.
One seat, one person. You may not sell, lend, share, or assign the login. You may not park the letter in a shared mailbox, a shared drive, a team channel, or another product and call that one seat.
The files are licensed, not sold. Title to the letter, the research, the rooms, the mark, and the site stays with the desk.
Trial and bill
Seven days on the desk, then the plan.
One trial per email. Month $50. Quarter $128. Year $450. Stripe. Prices are as posted on TheCleanestSetup.com on the day you sit.
During the seven-day trial there is no charge if you leave before the first invoice.
Cancel from Account. After a paid period, cancellation stops the next invoice. It does not unwind a period already billed. We do not prorate a closed month, quarter, or year unless the desk elects to.
If a charge fails, the seat may close until Stripe clears.
Refunds are not the default. If a first paid charge posts in error after you cancelled the trial in time from Account, write Help. We will look at Stripe’s stamp.
Taxes, if any, are added at checkout when Stripe requires them.
The work
Original house work. A synthesis of circulating research, specialist-desk commentary, and verified corporate developments.
Not a scrape. Not a reprint of broker PDFs. Not investment advice. Not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Not an offer or a solicitation. Not a registered research report.
A rank, a size note, a level: desk color, not an order. Markets take principal. Marks move. Catalysts slip. You can lose the money.
You read it. You size it. Or you pass. That decision is yours. The desk is not your adviser and does not owe you fiduciary care.
What you may not do
Do not copy the letter or the research onto another site, into another product, or into a paid or free list that is not this desk.
Do not redistribute member PDFs. A line quoted in a private note to yourself is not the problem. A standing file is.
Do not scrape, harvest, bulk-download, or index the desk. Do not use a bot, a connector, or a script to take the book beyond the read scope we issue to you.
Do not strip marks, watermarks, or the name TheCleanestSetup.com from a file.
Do not present house work as your own, or as a bank’s, or as a fund’s.
Do not open the live letter before 4:00pm ET without a valid member session — including through a connector.
Do not use the desk if you are under 18.
Connectors
You may attach a third-party tool — Muse or anything like it — only if the desk has issued you member-authenticated, scoped bearer keys for that purpose.
The control lives on Account when it ships. It is not a live button on this cut. The vendor name prints on Account the day the control exists.
The keys read. They do not write. There is no anonymous pre-4:00pm ET letter. PDFs, if fetched, travel as short-lived signed URLs.
You are responsible for what that tool does with the files. If the tool stores, trains on, republishes, or routes the letter to someone who does not hold a seat, that is your breach as much as theirs.
Revoke the API key from Account. The desk will stop serving it. We are not that tool’s operator.
Conduct
We may close a seat, refuse a trial, revoke a key, or block a path if the seat is shared, scraped, abused, unpaid, or used to punch a hole in the gate.
We may close a seat that exists only to farm the letter.
We do not have to give a long explanation when the file is obvious.
Limitation
The desk is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that the letter is complete, timely after the stamp, or profitable.
To the fullest extent the law allows, The Cleanest Setup is not liable for trading losses, missed prints, stale marks, connector behavior, or a third party’s use of files you fetched.
If a court will not allow that, our total liability for a claim about the seat is capped at the amount you paid us for the seat in the twelve months before the claim. That cap fits a $50 month. It is the bargain.
Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places the limit is the maximum the law allows.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict rules.
United States courts are the venue.
If a line here fails, the rest stays.
