The seat is the letter. Ranked before the cash open. Held against the last two weeks and the last three months. Under the letter: the theme for the session, and the setup that says why a name is clean. The file that put a name on the sheet stays bound to it.
The rooms hold the rest of the book. Earnings, bound before the print. Conferences on the circuit. After the letter. Event bogeys. Options tape and the catalyst note sit beside the letter. Index windows remain lookup. Nothing is auto-sheeted. On the letter only if it is the day’s best setup.
The letter sits on the desk when it issues. A dated public sample may exist after the session. It is not the product. Rank, ticker, thesis, catalyst, conviction. The names change with the tape. The rule does not.

The open, ranked.
One weekday sheet, before the cash open. Held against the last two weeks and the last three months. Theme and setups stay bound under that open. Anything else stays off unless we would take the risk.
II · Research
What put the name on it.
Research is why the name is on the sheet. Not a second magazine. Under the letter: the theme for the session, then the setup for each rank. Bound to that open. The archive keeps the same door on every dated sheet.
Earnings stay bound before the print. Conferences are road work — field checks, channel checks, expert calls — only the increment that belongs on the next sheet. Overnight is the morning pack. Events are bogeys and dated notes. A print does not become the open by itself.

Options and index.
Session tape and the catalyst note. Index windows and rebalances remain lookup. Never a standing reason to sheet a name. They ride the letter only when they are the day’s best setup.
